About these account terms
These terms govern Mallory Street accounts and private planning collections operated by Mallory Street Marketplace LLC. They do not constitute a rental agreement. Booking and payment are not open in this release. You must be at least 18 to create an account and authorized to provide the information you enter.
Your account
Use an email address you control, verify it, keep your credentials private, and contact support if you believe your account is compromised. A preferred name is for personalization and does not establish a verified legal identity. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade restrictions.
Collections and client information
Every saved home belongs to a collection. Collections are private to one account; there are no shared owners, invitations or client access in this release. You retain rights to your submitted content and allow us and our service providers to store, process and display it to provide the service. Only submit information you are entitled to use. Use a client reference instead of sensitive case details; do not put identification documents, payment credentials or background reports in collections. Submit identity documents only through the dedicated identity review flow.
Plans, availability and prices
A saved home, selected date or displayed estimate is not a reservation, price guarantee, application approval or hold. Availability, minimum stays and prices can change. Any stay subtotal identifies its scope; additional taxes or fees may apply when booking becomes available. Listing content may be incomplete or awaiting confirmation. Review current details before making arrangements.
Acceptable use
Do not access another person’s account or private data, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, submit malicious code, misrepresent your identity, infringe others’ rights, or use the service unlawfully. Do not use automation that interferes with the service or circumvents reasonable limits.
Service changes and account restrictions
We may change features or restrict an account to address misuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain restrictions and offer a way to contact support. We cannot promise uninterrupted access. You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through the privacy contact.
Separate platforms
GuestProfile.Center and third-party booking websites have separate accounts, services and terms. A Mallory Street account does not grant access to reservations held elsewhere. A future account connection will require a separate, explicit process.
Privacy and communications
Our privacy notice describes account data and service providers. We send transactional messages needed for verification, recovery and service operation. Creating an account is not consent to optional promotional email.
Your rights and contact
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow you to waive. Contact help@mallorystreet.com about account problems or these terms, and privacy@mallorystreet.com about personal information. Mailing address: Pending owner confirmation. We will date changes and provide notice when appropriate. Reservation, cancellation, payment and screening terms will be presented with those future features.
