Turnkey furnished-rental management
Mallory Street currently manages furnished homes across short-term and midterm demand—from market strategy and booking conversion through guest care, turnovers, maintenance, and owner visibility.
Short-term + midterm
A furnished home may serve nightly leisure demand, month-long professional travel, insurance displacement, military assignments, contractors, relocations, or extended business stays.
We manage the available demand rather than forcing the property into a single stay-length label. That flexibility can improve resilience while keeping one team responsible for the complete operation.
What turnkey means
Performance and protection
Hospitality creates more operational touchpoints than a traditional lease. We use those touchpoints to notice condition issues, respond quickly, and identify recurring patterns.
Preventive service is considered through the same asset-first lens: perform the work that meaningfully reduces risk and protects useful life, without treating every possible task as automatically necessary.
Plan recurring care for major systems and property-specific risks.
Give owners context around issues, recommendations, costs, and completion.
Balance quality, urgency, reliability, and cost rather than optimizing one in isolation.
Service boundary
Mallory Street currently provides turnkey management for furnished residential properties serving short- and midterm demand.
We can discuss the economics of an unfurnished rental, sale, exchange, renovation, or other strategy, but we do not currently present those services as Mallory Street offerings. When furnished management is not the right answer, we would rather be clear than force the fit.
Give us the address and a little context. We’ll review the property before beginning a personal conversation.
